ARES/Data List Help File LIST.HLP
The LIST command ("L") allows you to list specific records, or a
range of records in the database. You need to know the record numbers
for the records you are interested in.
Syntax:
l nnn<cr> List a single record, number nnn
or:
l nnn, mmm<cr> Lists records numbered from nnn to mmm
or:
l all<cr> Lists ALL records!
The response will be a short header showing the labels for the
various fields, and then the complete information each record in
that range.
WARNING: use the "l all" command sparingly, because it may cause a
large number of packets to be sent on the channel. You can
stop an undesired "l all" by simply disconnecting from the
ARES/Data machine. This will cause no harm. Then just
reconnect.
